Semi-private training allows you to progress at your own pace with expert guidance from skilled coaches. You’ll get dedicated support, personalised tracking, technique correction, and the motivation you need. It’s ideal for those who prefer more guidance than large group classes offer.
Group fun
Fitness with friends is more fun. In our semi-private sessions, we have a maximum of 4 participants per session pursuing similar fitness goals. That means you’ll have like-minded companions supporting you through every work out.
