MEMBERSHIP FREEZE

We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes you might need to temporarily pause your membership. Our team offers a membership freeze process to help with these situations, allowing members to hold their membership payment and access to the gym for one month.

To process your membership freeze, we require a 30 day notice. Please ensure you submit your request within this timeframe. Be sure to choose the date you would like the freeze to take effect. The membership will resume 1 month after the requested freeze date.
